The family-friendly S33 is waterproof up to 10m, shockproof to a drop of 1.5m, dustproof and cold-resistant to temperatures as low as -10°C, so you can shoot anywhere, be it in the pool, or even on a ski holiday with your family. For times when you do not want to get wet, simply submerge the S33 underwater and use the Underwater Face Framing function, which automatically detects and shoots pictures of your subjects.

QUALITY IMAGES WITH EVERY SHOT

In addition to large separate shutter buttons for stills and movie shooting, there are four buttons logically aligned next to the LCD monitor for intuitive operation. By setting the Variety Menu to “on” you get a colorful graphical screen with extra functions to make operation more fun, or set it to “off” for a simple menu screen with essential functions. Capturing your subject is easy since Target finding AF automatically finds your intended subject within the frame. If you want to take pictures of the kids underwater but don’t want to get your own face wet, just dunk the camera. The new Underwater face framing function looks for faces and automatically takes a picture when it spots someone.

MORE WAYS TO ENJOY VIDEO
Shoot Full HD 1080p resolution movies (30 fps) to capture living memories with high quality. Shoot a movie miniature, in which time-lapse stills are taken at intervals and stitched together into a single movie. Street corners and landscapes will look like moving miniature models.
